Privacy policy

Keptleaf is the company behind AcePlannerStudio and HEIC Converter. Every one of our brands keeps your information on your own device. This page explains what that means for each of them.

AcePlannerStudio planners

This covers AcePlanner, AcePayoff, AceBills, AceBiz and every other planner from AcePlannerStudio, a Keptleaf brand.

• Everything you enter, like budgets, debts, bills and sales, is saved only in your browser on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else.
• There are no accounts, and the planners don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
• Backups you download are files on your device. If you protect one with a password, we can't open it and can't recover the password.
• Clearing your browser data deletes what the planner has stored, so keep a backup.

Buying on Etsy

Purchases are handled by Etsy. Etsy shares your name and order details with us so we can send your access code and help with your order. We use them only for that. Etsy's own privacy policy covers how Etsy handles your data.

HEIC Converter

• Your photos are converted inside your browser. They are never uploaded to a server.
• heiconverter.co uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Google may set cookies for this. It never sees your photos.

This website

keptleaf.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or forms. Like any website, our hosting providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
